  • Innovation Metrics: We prepare metrics for measuring the impact of its innovation initiatives. This includes identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) and defining a dashboard for tracking progress and communicating results.
  • Innovation Ecosystem: We create establish an ecosystem for promoting innovation within the bank. This includes partnering with startups, technology firms, and other financial institutions, as well as establishing a network of innovation champions within the bank.
